A 60 Second Reset

Discomfort often pushes us toward quick relief, most often our phones, even though it doesn’t work that well. This workshop introduces the Focus Frame, a simple, screen-free tool designed to help interrupt unhelpful habits in the moment. Participants will learn how to use the Focus Frame for personal regulation and how to integrate it into their work with clients. The workshop is practical, experiential, and focused on brief exercises that can be used in everyday situations.

Each participant receives an Intro Set as part of the cost of the workshop, which includes a Focus Frame, a 36-card Intro Deck, a drawstring carry bag, and a retail box. The Intro Deck introduces the Focus Frame through a range of brief practices that address common everyday challenges, helping users learn how and when to use the tool across different situations.
