No formal preparation is required before our first meeting. Simply bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore. If you are joining me virtually, find a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable and undisturbed.

For our virtual meetings, please find a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking freely. Ensure your internet connection is stable and you have your camera enabled. I recommend joining a few minutes early to test your audio and video settings within the secure portal.

In-Person Preparation
If we are meeting at my Cleveland office, please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to settle in. Parking is available directly adjacent to the building. You are welcome to wait in the seated lobby area, and I will come to greet you at the start of our scheduled time.

Maintaining your confidentiality is a fundamental priority. All communications and records are handled with the highest level of security and in full compliance with HIPAA standards, providing a safe and protected space for our sessions.
Do you accept insurance?
Dr. Goldberg is an out-of-network provider. This model ensures that clinical decisions are made purely by you and your therapist. We can provide documentation (superbills) if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company independently.
How do virtual sessions work?
Virtual therapy is conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. It is available to any client residing in California, offering the same level of care and therapeutic connection as an in-person session from the comfort of your own space.
